Pork
Tamworth pigs are known for their lean meat and tasty bacon, and are a hardy breed well suited for pasturing year round, which means lots of fresh air, exercise, no hormones and no unnecessary medication. Their pasturing benefits the farm, where they till and fertilize the fields as well as eat the “too ripe for sale” produce. They will be processed without nitrates in a small, family-owned, USDA certified processing facility in Fowler, CO. Note: Pork is also available in half- and whole-pig portions for pre-order with a deposit.
