The next time you have about two hours of time to kill in the kitchen, I would definitely, most certainly and emphatically recommend whipping up some Bibimbap with Beef Bulgogi.

Yeah, it’s a pretty complicated recipe. I can’t deny that. (If you’re looking for something Korean that’s significantly simpler, you can try Korean Burritos.) But come on, how impressive is this Bibimbap? I must say, I’m quite proud. And I’m desperately counting down the hours until lunch, when I can chow down on the leftovers.
